We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Custom orders are non-refundable. Please contact us to initiate a return.

Every piece comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Natural stone may have minor variations in veining and colour - this is a feature of genuine stone, not a defect. If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement.

All handles and knobs come with mounting hardware and an installation guide. Standard handles require a single bolt and a 6mm drill bit. If you need help, our team is happy to advise - just send us a message.

We don't currently offer samples, but each product page includes detailed close-up photos showing the natural veining and texture. If you'd like additional photos of a specific piece, contact us and we'll send them over.
