Shipping
Processing Time
Each Casa di Marmo product is inspected and carefully hand-packed. Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days.
Delivery
- Poland: 3–5 business days by courier
- European Union: 5–8 business days
- Rest of the World: 8–14 business days
All shipments include a tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the weight of the order. Due to the nature of natural stone, our packaging is designed to protect each item during transit.
Customs and Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local customs fees and import duties. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Natural stone items that have been installed are not returnable
- Each item is unique — minor differences in veining and color are inherent characteristics of natural stone and do not constitute defects
How to Make a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us or email us via the contact form with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Sample Withdrawal Form
In accordance with the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Below is a sample withdrawal form that you may use:

The 14-day period begins on the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
