General Provisions

By using the Casa di Marmo website and placing an order, you confirm that you agree to and are bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to the entire website and all communication between you and Casa di Marmo.

Products

Natural Stone

All Casa di Marmo products are made of natural stone. Each item is unique and may show natural variations in color, veining, and texture. These characteristics are an inherent property of the material and do not constitute defects. Product photos are for illustrative purposes only — your item may differ slightly from the one shown on the website.

Dimensions

Product dimensions are approximate. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight deviations of up to ±2 mm may occur.

Prices and Payments

• All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes, if required.
• We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.
• Payment is processed securely at the time of order placement by our payment operators.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.

Delivery

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the moment payment is credited. Estimated delivery times:

• Poland: 3-5 business days via courier service
• European Union: 5-8 business days
• Rest of the world: 8-14 business days

Shipping costs are calculated during order placement based on the destination and package weight. Free shipping applies to orders over 500 PLN. All shipments include a tracking number.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

You will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order, not its acceptance. Acceptance occurs when the order is shipped.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, product designs, and brand elements — is the property of Casa di Marmo and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Casa di Marmo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Warsaw.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Polish consumer law (Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email to the contact form). The returned goods should be undamaged and in their original packaging.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day we receive the statement of withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products.

Complaints

In case of receiving a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, sending photos of the damage to the contact form.

The complaint will be processed within 14 days from the date of its receipt. If the complaint is accepted, the product will be replaced with a new one or the full purchase amount will be refunded.

Payments for orders are processed by the payment operator Przelewy24 (DialCom24 Sp. z o.o.). Any complaints regarding payment processing should be directed directly to the payment operator.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these terms and conditions periodically. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of any changes.
